His two-decade career in government included overseeing the Maritime Provinces Higher Education Commission and the Council of Atlantic Ministers of Education and Training.

With a background in senior roles in communications and marketing, including almost a decade as deputy minister, Tim is adept at comprehending complex issues and crafting compelling messages for specific audiences.

A seasoned writer, he has managed various departments and communications agencies, showcasing his versatility in both Fredericton and Halifax.
