We worked with AIS/VIVA to develop a comprehensive storytelling exercise in coordination with their rebranding.

We worked with AIS/VIVA to develop a comprehensive storytelling exercise in coordination with their rebranding. The deliverables included a social media overhaul, an earned media strategy, and video creation and promotion. Our team helped VIVA produce 15 one-minute videos to use during their organization’s rebranding process as a hiring tool for potential employees and a retention tool for current employees. The videos highlighted the benefits and rewards of working at VIVA, including the opportunity to grow within the organization and its healthy workplace environment, as well as explaining the rebranding decision.

Our team created a communication plan surrounding the rebrand and a project management plan to create the videos. We were responsible for interview preparation and conducting interviews with over 20 employees throughout a two-day span. We also prepared interview questions with background knowledge of specific employees being interviewed, conducted interviews day-of, and consulted on background visuals. Post-production, Porter O’Brien provided timestamped transcripts to the video production company identifying key messages within the interviews. Throughout the editing process, we provided notes on each video while communicating any edits or issues the VIVA team flagged. Final videos included subtitles in either French or English.
