Porter O’Brien worked with VIVA to develop a storytelling exercise in coordination with the rebranding of their organization.

Our team produced 15 one-minute videos that showcased VIVA’s rebranding decision as well as the benefits of working with the organization, including growth opportunities and a dynamic workplace environment. The videos also served a dual function as a hiring and retention tool for talent.

Porter O’Brien led all the communication and project management planning for the video production and was also responsible for interviewing over 20 employees throughout a two-day span.

Post-production, our firm provided time stamped transcripts to the video production company identifying key messages within the interview and supervised the entirety of the editing process. Final videos included translated subtitles in both official languages.
