Town of Quispamsis

We created an implementation plan for the municipality to prioritize key results areas identified in their strategic plan. The project included a full environmental scan of all the raw data and evaluation of all existing planning documents such as HR work plans, organizational charts, budget forecasts, etc.

We created an Implementation Plan for a the Town of Quispamsis to prioritize key results areas identified in their strategic plan. The project included a full environmental scan of all the raw data and evaluation of all existing planning documents such as HR work plans, organizational charts, budget forecasts, etc. to determine the information that was used to formulate the strategic plan. Meetings and feedback sessions were held with the Municipal Council and separate meetings and feedback sessions were held with Municipal Staff as a group and in individual sessions.

The deliverables for this project included an operations plan and individualized department business plans for the next three years that support the strategic plan identified Key Result Areas, Goals and Actions. This strategy included any critical path actions that must be addressed first as well as any dependencies or risk considerations and mitigations. Production of a scorecard/benchmark determinants was also included in this project for the Town to use as an assessment tool for the performance of the implementation. The final deliverable was the rollout of the strategic plan/business plans to community stakeholders and staff.

After the completion of this project, Porter O’Brien was hired to complete a Level Of Service expectation for the Town.
