Town of Quispamsis
Partnering with the Town of Quispamsis to turn a strategic vision into an actionable Plan.
Porter O’Brien was contracted to develop an Implementation Plan for the Town of Quispamsis, prioritizing key results areas from their Strategic Plan.
The scope of the project included an environmental data scan and evaluation of all planning documents used to inform the organization's strategic plan. Meetings and feedback sessions were additionally held with the Municipal Council and staff.
Deliverables for the project:
• An operations plan and individualized department business plans over the next three years
• A critical path identifying process steps as well as dependencies and/or risk considerations and mitigations
• Scorecard/benchmark determinants to be used as an assessment tool; and
• Launch of the strategic plan/business plans to community stakeholders and staff
Following completion of the project, Porter O’Brien was further engaged to complete a Level of Service expectation for the Town
